Until further notice the special meetings of the District Council of Cartagena de Indias, originally scheduled to be held 18 to December 23 , have been postponed at the request of President Corporation. The Monitoring the Council will continue to monitor further developments.
detailed report expected shortly third regular session 2010 and final bulletin on the management of the Council throughout this year.
